Pieced Cathedral Windows - Free Quilt Pattern

I absolutely love and adore traditional cathedral windows quilts! They’re just so beautiful and intricate! I made a cathedral windows pillow cover a few years ago and just loved the process (see photo).

But you all know me, I always go back to simple, traditional piecing. You know…the kind where you can just grab a rotary cutter and acrylic ruler and go to town lol. *Cue Lightbulb moment*!! When I designed my newest fabric collection, Strawberry Honey, I decided to try my hand at designing a fun, simple quilt pattern, using only traditional piecing, that resembled the cathedral windows pattern! Thus, this free quilt pattern was born! 

This version of cathedral windows is so super simple to make and is 5”-pre-cut-square-friendly. The pattern features my Strawberry Honey fabric collection that is due to arrive in shops any day (due to COVID there have been some shipping delays but, good news, shops are now starting to receive shipping notices! :D :D Thank you all so much for your patience!).
